Our Ensemble

Pierre Stafrace

Pierre studied theatre at MTADA and the Riverside Studios, London and has played major roles in English and Maltese productions by MADC and Theatre anon. Pierre manages a wines and beverages organisation and is also active in the photography field.

Liliana Portelli

She has a passion for the theatre and has been active in this field for many years. Liliana has worked with Teatru tal-Bniedem and MADC, apart from her diverse roles with Theatre Anon.

Chris Gatt

Chris has been involved in the theatre scene for over 40 years, both as an actor and as a theatre director. As much at home working in mainstream productions as fringe, his repertoire extends from Pinter to Pantomime, and includes a number of musicals and straight plays. Chris is presently the general manager of St James Cavalier, Centre for Creativity.

Charlotte Stafrace

Charlotte studied at MTADA and also took classes at Riverside Studios in London. Apart from her work with Theatre Anon, she has had major roles with MADC, FM Theatre and Masquerade in various plays, musicals and pantomimes.

Gordon Dimech

Gordon has been involved as stage director of Theatre Anon since its inception in 1993. An engineer by profession and a freelance project manager.

Paul Portelli

Paul is an actor and theatre director and has been actively involved in the local theatre scene for over 40 years.

Jes Camilleri

Jes has been actively involved on the local theatre scene since 1982 and has played major roles in English and Maltese productions by MADC, Atturi and Teatru tal-Bniedem. Jes’ other passion is music.
